Stock poms are now being custom made as they are ordered and will take longer than usual to ship. We will continue to offer stock pom pricing on them. Depending on the time of year, production will vary from one to four weeks
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We reserve the right to verify all credit cards before any order is placed. The correct billing address information--where your credit card bill is actually received--must be provided on all credit cards as well as the "ship to" address if it is different.
We also accept money orders, cashier's check, organization checks & paypal (please call or email if you would like to use paypal).
School purchase orders are also accepted. A copy of the purchase order must be faxed, emailed or mailed to our office before the order is placed. Purchase orders will not be accepted unless signed by all proper authorities, dated and appropriately filled out.
If your order qualifies for a discount of 7% or more, you must pay with check or money order. Credit cards will not be accepted.
Poms are custom made and therefore are NOT returnable. We do accept returns for damaged, defective or poms created in error.
No returns will be accepted without authorization.
Any authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Color Swatches & Samples
SWATCHES: We are happy to send out color swatches to you, just call or email us with the colors you are looking for and we'll get them right out to you.
CUSTOM SAMPLES: You may also purchase custom samples. All orders are subject to service charges, shipping charges and less than minimum requirements. You must order at least 2 pieces per color combination and size on all poms (unless factory has set other requirements) whether poms are samples, for fill-in orders, etc.
PHOTO SAMPLES: We are happy to look through our supply of pomsand send you pictures of styles you may be considering. We have lots of them in stock, so even though we we may not have your exact pom in stock, we can find something close.
MINI MOCK SAMPLES: Mini mock poms are about the size of a shoe pom and we make them right here in the office for you. We can make several variations of any pom assuming we have the material in stock. There is no charge to send out an order or mini mock poms - however, if you get your minis and decide you need to see more, there will be a charge. Please call for more details.
You may order any number of stock or standard custom poms. When ordering under 6 pieces, there is a $10 factory service charge. You do not need to order all the same style poms.
Cheerballs have a minimum order of 6 pieces per style/color combination. Orders under the minimum will no longer be accepted by the factory.
Sale Trunk poms and other items are also subject to under the minimum service charges. Service charges vary depending on the item, please refer to each individual item for charges.
Please note: If you do not add the service charges when placing your order online, they will be added when the order is processed by the office.
Our catalog is a condensed version of our website and contains poms only . If you need a copy, please call or email us. We can also send out color swatches to help you in your decision-making.
All poms are sold by the piece, not the pair. All prices listed are per pom.
All shipping rates are approximate and may vary depending on the items shipped.
Bulky items such a megaphones will incur a dimensional weight charge. If you would like to know the shipping charge prior to ordering, please call or email. Orders placed online will receive an email with their updated shipping charges.
Shipping rates are for Continental United States only. Shipping outside the Continental U.S. will result in higher shipping charges.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to Customs charges. The customer is responsible for all Customs charges. If you refuse your order because of Customs charges, we cannot refund your shipping and your order is subject to a 20% restocking charges.
Orders shipped outside the continental US cannot be guaranteed a specific delivery date due to carrier regulations and customs. We will provide you with all tracking numbers so you will be able to monitor your delivery.
We value your privacy. We do not sell or share your email or any other other information you provide us. You may receive communication from us if we are sending you invoices, quotes or general inquiries unless you have signed up to receive promotion emails (which happens rarely).
