STOCK & CUSTOM POMS ARE MADE AS THEY ARE ORDERED. Production time will vary from 2-6 weeks depending on the time of year. Choosing faster shipping options will not speed up production time, it will only speed up how long your order takes to get to you once made.
Custom poms are made just for you, therefore they cannot be returned unless defective. If you have any questions regarding your pom selection, please do not hesitate to call.
Custom poms, rooter poms and other selected items are subject to service charges and/or additional per piece charges when ordering "less than minimum" quantities. If you did not add them to your order, they will be added when your order is processed in the office.
