Customer Service

Emails are answered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. If you send us an email and don't hear back, we may not have received it! In that case, please call!

Pom Express does not send unsolicited email, nor does it share or sell personal information to anyone.
Orders and shipping information are sent to you via email, so if you have spam protection on your email, you may want to add our web address to your list of email recipients.

PLACING AN ORDER:
You may order by phone, fax, web or by mail. You can download a copy of our order form and mail it in with payment or fax it with proper credit card information (see fax & address above). You must have Adobe Acrobat to download the order form.

DELIVERY TIME:
Poms are custom made and production can take from 1-4 weeks depending on the time of year. Please use the production schedule on the right to calculate approximate delivery schedule. (Please call if you have an extremely urgent situation--we will attempt to work with you closely to meet your needs.)

FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We reserve the right to verify all credit cards before any order is placed. The correct billing address information--where your credit card bill is actually received--must be provided on all credit cards as well as the "ship to" address if it is different.
We also accept money orders, cashier's check and organization checks.
School purchase orders are also accepted. A copy of the purchase order must be faxed or mailed to our office before the order is placed. Purchase orders will not be accepted unless signed by all proper authorities, dated and appropriately filled out.

If your order qualifies for a discount of 7% or more, you MUST pay with check or money order. Credit cards will not be accepted.

RETURN POLICY:
Poms are custom made and therefore are NOT returnable. We do accept returns for damaged, defective or poms created in error.
Because of health regulations, briefs and bodysuits are not returnable. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

Any authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

COLOR SWATCHES AND SAMPLES
We are happy to send out color swatches to you, just call or email us with the colors you are looking for and we'll get them right out to you.

CUSTOM SAMPLES: You may also custom order samples, however, all orders are subject to service charges, shipping charges and less than minimum requirements. You must order at least 2 pieces per color combination and size on all poms (unless factory has set other requirements) whether poms are samples, for fill-in orders, etc.
Cheerballs, Cheerstars and PEX100 styles have minimums of 10 per color combination. The factory will not accept orders under those amounts.

VIDEO OR PHOTO SAMPLES: Thanks to technology, we can email you small video clips or photos of poms you are interested in. Call or email us, we'll put some poms together in the format of your choice and email it to you. Please allow at least one business day to receive email.

MINIMUM ORDERS:
Orders may be placed for 2 or more standard poms same color combination/size. However, when ordering under 6 pieces same color/style, there is a $10 factory service charge. You do not need to order all the same style poms.
Cheerballs, Cheerstars and PEX 100's have a minimum order of 12 pieces per style/color combination. Orders under the minimum will no longer be accepted by the factory.
Sale Trunk poms and other items are also subject to under the minimum service charges. Service charges vary depending on the item, please refer to each individual item for charges.
Megaphones, rooter poms and a few other items have minimum order service charges. These may vary by item, so please call if you have any questions!
Please note: If you do not add the service charges when placing your order online, they will be added when the order is processed by the office.

DISCOUNTS:

Discounts apply to merchandise only, not to shipping charges. If you are ordering online, please note that discounts will be taken after we receive your order!
Shipping costs are calculated on the full value of your order, before discounts are taken.
Discounts for schools using Purchase Orders: All discounts will be voided if not paid within terms. Service charges of 1.5% per month will also be applied to orders not paid within terms.

Shipping rates are for Continental United States only. Shipping outside the Continental U.S. will result in higher shipping charges.
